Tree Line Ventures acquires, develops, and manages retail and multi-family properties throughout New England and select markets nationally.

As investors, we balance risk and return, ever cognizant of that spot on the mountain called the tree line. It is a place with both blue skies ahead and refuge in a storm. Land sites, vacant buildings, and leased properties with near-term revisions on 0.75+ acre parcels in high traffic retail corridors with easy access and good visibility.
STRIP RETAIL
Service oriented neighborhood and community centers with excess parking and strong surrounding demographics.
MULTI-FAMILY
30+ unit suburban apartment complexes with 1960s or newer construction and value-add potential.
